AN ACT

RELATING TO HEALTH CARE OVERSIGHT; EXTENDING THE DELAYED REPEAL OF THE HEALTH CARE CONSOLIDATION OVERSIGHT ACT TO JULY 1, 2026.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. Laws 2024, Chapter 40, Section 9 is amended to read:

     "SECTION 9. DELAYED REPEAL.--Sections 1 through 7 of this act are repealed effective July 1, [2025] 2026."
