AN ACT

REPEALING THE SEVEN-DAY WAITING PERIOD FOR THE SALE OF A FIREARM.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. REPEAL.--Section 30-7-7.3 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 2024, Chapter 46, Section 1) is repealed.
